Shipping & Delivery

As a small brand, our designs are handcrafted in limited quantities. This means they often sell out before they arrive to us so we recommend you consider placing your order as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

Below is a guideline on shipping options and timelines. 

Shipping Information

Shipping timeframes vary depending on several factors, a timeframe specific to your postcode and the product in your cart is shown to you at checkout before your order is placed.

Please note that any delivery dates or timeframes provided by couriers are only estimates. While we will aim to meet these projected dates, actual delivery may occur within a reasonable timeframe surrounding the estimated date.

Please make sure to check the measurements of your entry, including staircases, lifts or small doorways to ensure the item/s can fit. If delivery is unable to be fulfilled due to entry access, the freight charge will still be applied in addition to a restocking fee.

For designs that are In Stock: Orders containing In stock products only will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 3-7 business days after being placed.

If your order has pieces that are In Stock & on Pre order: We will hold your order until all pieces are available to be sent. Please contact us if you would like the In Stock piece/s to be shipped first as additional fees for shipping may be requested.

For designs that are on Pre Order: Products will display their estimated delivery timeframe on the Product and Cart page. As the estimated delivery date approaches, our team will send you an update to confirm. Once pre-order goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be shipped out immediately.

Shipping Service Options

The Fleur Studios shopping cart uses total order weight to determine which service is suitable for the items in your cart, as well as which service/s are available to your area. One or more of the following services will be displayed at checkout as well as a delivery timeframe specific to your postcode.

If you are in a serviced Metro area you will need to decide whether you want the Premium or Standard service.

Below is a summary of the different delivery services we offer.

Standard Courier Delivery Smaller Items (TNT or ARAMEX)

Our standard courier service is via TNT or Aramex, this service will drop (depending on your residence) to your front door, foyer, kerbside. This service provides detailed tracking once your order leaves our warehouse. This Service is suitable for Small Décor and small Side table options, if it appears at checkout then it is suitable for the items in

Standard Sensitive Delivery Larger Items [TNT] (Non Metro Areas)

Our delivery partner will provide detailed tracking once your order leaves our warehouse, as well as an estimated delivery date. You can then select to receive ’Status Updates’ via the TNT website to be kept up-to date on shipping movements. Depending on your residence this service will drop to your front door, foyer, kerbside. Please note that this service does not include bringing the item inside, installation, or packaging removal.

Standard Sensitive Delivery Larger Items [DT] (Metro Areas)

Our delivery partner will coordinate with you via SMS to schedule a convenient delivery time based on availability. Depending on your residence this service will drop to your front door, foyer, kerbside. Please note that this service does not include bringing the item inside, installation, or packaging removal.

Premium Sensitive Delivery Larger Items [DT] (Metro Areas)

Our delivery partner will coordinate with you via SMS to schedule a convenient delivery time based on availability. This service provides a two-person sensitive delivery to inside your home, with furniture placement and removal of bulky packaging for added convenience. This service is typically ideal for larger products, also to areas where dealing with large packaging can be inconvenient and costly.

Sydney Click and Collect

If you live local to Sydney, we offer Pick Up from our Villawood warehouse. Orders will be ready 3-7 Business Days after the order has been placed. 

Pick Up Address: 2A/246 Miller Rd, Villawood 2163. 

Collection times: Strictly Monday – Friday between 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. We do not offer weekend collections. 

Before collection, please make sure to check the items will fit in your vehicle. You are solely responsible for lifting the items into your car and may need two people for assistance.

Storage

Should you require storage of your item/s by us, the first month is complimentary. Following this period, a fee of $20 per week, payable in advance, will be applied to your order. Kindly inform us of your timelines, as we may be able to allocate your order to later deliveries to avoid storage fees. Please note that if your intention to store items upfront is not specified and the order is dispatched, no changes can be accommodated, and you will be required to accept the delivery.

USA & Canada Shipping Options

Any in-stock products will be shipped out within 3-7 business days via FedEx/UPS from our California warehouse.

Pre-ordered products will display their estimated delivery timeframe on the Cart and Checkout page. As the estimated delivery date approaches, our team will send you an update to confirm. Once pre-order goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be shipped out immediately. You will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
