Shipping & Delivery
As a small brand, our designs are handcrafted in limited quantities. This means batches often sell out before they arrive into our warehouse so we recommend placing an order as soon as possible to secure your chosen pieces.
Below is a guideline on shipping options and timelines.
Shipping Information
Shipping timeframes are dependent on a variety of factors. An estimated timeframe specific to your items will be shown in the cart before your order is placed. We aim to meet these projected dates, however, actual delivery may occur within a reasonable period outside of the estimated timeframe.
For designs that are In Stock: For orders that contain only in stock items, these will leave our Sydney warehouse within 1-5 business days.
If your order has designs that are In Stock & on Pre Order: For orders that contain both in stock and preorder items, we will hold your full order until all pieces are in stock and then deliver as one shipment. If you require in stock items to be shipped first, please place separate orders for the in stock and preorder items.
For designs that are on Pre Order: For orders that contain only preorder items, an estimated arrival timeline will be displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email. This is the expected arrival date to our Sydney warehouse, it is not an estimated delivery date. Once preorder items arrive at the warehouse, they are immediately sent for processing and shipping.
Shipping Services
Available shipping options are displayed in the shipping calculator in the cart and at checkout. Prices and availability are dependent on the volumetric weight of the order and the delivery address. Depending on your shipping address, one or more services will be available.
Lite Delivery [TNT/Fedex]
This service includes an email notification with a tracking link. A preferred delivery date or time cannot be selected. Small items will be delivered to the front door or lobby where possible, and large items will be delivered to the kerbside. In the instance of multiple item orders, the shipment may be split and items may arrive separately.
This service is recommended for smaller items, tight delivery requirements or regional areas.
The estimated delivery timeframe for this service is 1 - 7 business days.
Standard Delivery [Designer Transport]
This service includes an SMS to select a preferred delivery date. A 3 - 4 hour window will be provided the day before the scheduled date and a live tracking link will be provided on the morning of your delivery. Designer Transport can deliver between 7am and 5pm, and we are unable to facilitate the selection of specific time windows for delivery.
There must be someone present to sign for the delivery. The order will be delivered to your selected room at the delivery address, but the service does not include installation, assembly or rubbish removal.
The estimated delivery timeframe for this service is 4 - 10 business days.
Premium Delivery [Designer Transport]
This service includes an SMS to select a preferred delivery date. A 3 - 4 hour window will be provided the day before the scheduled date, and a live tracking link will be provided on the morning of your delivery. Designer Transport can deliver between 7am and 5pm, and we are unable to facilitate the selection of specific time windows for delivery.
There must be someone present to sign for the delivery. The order will be delivered to your selected room at the delivery address, assembled if required, installed and all rubbish will be removed. This service is recommended for larger marble pieces or those delivered in wooden crates. For specific packaging information, please reference the product pages.
Premium Delivery is ideal for metro areas where disposing of large packaging can be inconvenient and costly. Please note, if the site is under construction, Designer Transport will not be able to provide the Premium Delivery service.

Rural Deliveries
If there are no delivery options available at checkout or you live in a rural area, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@fleurstudios.com.au for assistance.
Access Requirements
Prior to placing your order with either Standard Delivery or Premium Delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure there is sufficient access to deliver the piece to your property. This includes entryways, doorways, lifts, stairwells, overhead signage and any tight turns into your room of choice. If the piece cannot be delivered due to inadequate access, you will be liable to pay for return shipping to the warehouse, along with an applicable restocking fee.

You must be present at the time of delivery to provide clear access for Designer Transport. Delivery partners are unable to wait if you are not present at the delivery address on their arrival.
Storage
If you would like us to store your order for a future delivery date, we offer four weeks complimentary storage. After this period, it is charged at $20 per week. Storage can be added to your order at checkout, and amended at any time by logging into your account.
If selecting the storage option, please keep in mind that you are nominating a date for the order to be sent for processing at the warehouse. This can take 1 to 5 business days and delivery timeframes will vary depending on the service selected and final destination. Estimated delivery timeframes can be viewed in the Shipping Calculator in the cart or at checkout.
If your order contains an item on preorder, please also take the estimated arrival timeline into consideration before selecting to store your order. Your order will not ship until all items are in stock, so you may not require storage.
Please note that if your intent to store items upfront is not specified and the order is dispatched, the order cannot be held retrospectively and you will be required to accept the delivery.
International Delivery
At this stage, we offer domestic shipping to Australia only. We are currently unable to provide international delivery. You are welcome to use a freight forwarding service, and some of our customers have done this previously, but we are unable to assist with the organisation of this process or recommendation of any external companies.
Peak Periods
During high volume periods, such as sales or promotions, there may be delays to estimated processing and shipping timeframes.
Other Shipping Information
If you miss your delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
Upon delivery, please open the items carefully and retain the product packaging until you are 100% happy with your order. Items without packaging cannot be returned under our change of mind returns policy.
