Shipping & Delivery
As a small brand, our designs are handcrafted in limited quantities. This means they often sell out before they arrive to us so we recommend you consider placing your order as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
Below is a guideline on shipping options and timelines.
Christmas delivery & cut-off dates
If you would like your piece/s in time for Christmas, please place an order before 26th November as our freight partners are very busy during this period.
If you place an order after this time, we will endeavour to get it to you on before Christmas although this is not guaranteed.
For designs that are In Stock: These will leave our Qld warehouse within 10 business days of the order being placed. After dispatch, delivery timeframes vary depending on the state and delivery partner, below is an estimate to each state.
7-14 business days: Metro NSW, VIC, Qld, SA & ACT.
10-16 business days: Non metro NSW, Vic, QLD & ACT.
12+ business days: WA, Tas, NT & SA.
Our delivery partners will provide you with a more accurate estimate once your order is ready to be shipped. Please contact our delivery partners if you require any changes on delivery times.
For designs that are on Pre Order: Delivery ETA lead times are indicated on each product page. Occasionally there may be delays with pre order items, if this is the case we will always keep you up to date on any changes appreciate your patience, your Fleur Studios piece is worth the wait!
If your order has pieces that are In Stock & on Pre order: We will hold your order until all pieces are available to be sent. Please contact us if you would like the In Stock piece/s first as additional fees for shipping may be requested.
Please make sure to check the measurements of your entry, including staircases, lifts or small doorways to ensure the item/s can fit. If delivery is unable to be fulfilled due to entry access, this will not be eligible for a refund and the freight charge will still be applied in addition to a restocking fee.
Shipping Service Options
Below is a summary of the different delivery services we offer.
Standard delivery is suitable for smaller décor items and small side tables including Franca, Paloma, Plinths. This service is not suitable for Cookie side tables, Milano or larger items like Consoles and Coffee Tables.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove delivery includes detailed tracking and a call prior. This is to the road curb side of your property, it doesn’t include bringing the item/s inside, installation or packaging removal. Our delivery partner will contact you to book in a time for delivery.
This service is suitable for all items.
Premium Full-Service Delivery “White Glove”
Premium Delivery Service is a two-man sensitive delivery to your home with detailed tracking, a call prior and includes furniture installation and packaging removal. Our delivery partner will contact you to book in a time for delivery. We recommend this service for larger pieces including consoles and coffee tables.
This is available to metro NSW, VIC & QLD, SA & WA.
If you need to have your item/s stored by us, it is free for one month. After this, it is $20 per week payable in advance. Please advise us of your timelines as we can often allocate your order to later deliveries to help void storage fees.
If your intention to have items stored upfront is not mentioned and the order is dispatched, no changes can be made and you are required to accept the delivery.
USA & Canada Shipping Options

In Stock products will be shipped out within 7-10 business days via FedEx/UPS with free shipping. You will receiving tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
If the piece/s aren't available in the US or Canada, additional fees for freight will be requested. At this stage, orders may be cancelled or altered at customers discretion.
We accept 14-day returns for change of mind. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on change of mind returns and the refund will be minus the cost of shipping.

If the piece/s you are interested in aren’t in stock, please get in touch so we can provide a quote and timeframe.
We do not offer International Delivery at this stage.
