Shipping & Delivery

As a small brand, our designs are handcrafted in limited quantities. This means they often sell out before they arrive to us so we recommend you consider placing your order as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

Below is a guideline on shipping options and timelines. 

Shipping Information

For designs that are In Stock: Orders will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 3-5 business days after being placed. Delivery times will vary by state and delivery partner. Below are the estimated delivery timeframes for each state

7-14 business days: Metro NSW, VIC, Qld, SA & ACT.

10-16 business days: Non metro NSW, VIC, QLD & ACT.

12+ business days: WA, TAS, NT & SA.

Please note that any delivery dates or ranges provided by couriers are only estimates. While we will aim to meet these projected dates, actual delivery may occur within a reasonable timeframe surrounding the estimated date.

For designs that are on Pre Order: Products will display their estimated delivery timeframe on the Cart and Checkout page. As the estimated delivery date approaches, our team will send you an update to confirm. Once pre-order goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be shipped out immediately, your Fleur Studios piece is worth the wait!

If your order has pieces that are In Stock & on Pre order: We will hold your order until all pieces are available to be sent. Please contact us if you would like the In Stock piece/s to be shipped first as additional fees for shipping may be requested.

Please make sure to check the measurements of your entry, including staircases, lifts or small doorways to ensure the item/s can fit. If delivery is unable to be fulfilled due to entry access, this will not be eligible for a refund and the freight charge will still be applied in addition to a restocking fee.

Shipping Service Options

Below is a summary of the different delivery services we offer.

Standard Delivery (TNT or Aramex)

Our Standard delivery service provides detailed tracking once your items leave our warehouse. This service is suitable for most Fleur items, and we'll specify in the product description if any exceptions apply. Your item will be delivered to the curb side of your property, ensuring a convenient experience for you.

Designer Transport Standard Delivery available for Sydney Metro only

Our White Glove delivery service offers comprehensive tracking and a pre-delivery text notification. Our delivery partner will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient delivery time based on availability. Your item will be delivered to the curb side of your property, but please note that this service does not include bringing the item inside, installation, or packaging removal. This service is applicable to all items.

Designer Transport Premium Full-Service Delivery “White Glove” 

Our premium White Glove delivery service offers comprehensive tracking and a pre-delivery text notification. Our delivery partner will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient delivery time based on availability. This service provides a two-person sensitive delivery to your home, offering furniture installation and removal of packaging for added convenience. This service is ideal for larger pieces like consoles and coffee tables, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for you. This is available to metro NSW, VIC & QLD, SA & WA.

Sydney Click and Collect

If you live locally in Sydney, we offer Pick Up from our Villawood warehouse. Orders will be ready 3-5 Business Days after the order has been placed. 

Pick Up Address: 2A/246 Miller Rd, Villawood 2163. 

Collection times: Strictly Monday – Friday between 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. We do not offer weekend collections. 

Before collection, please make sure to check the items will fit in your vehicle. You are solely responsible for lifting the items into your car and may need two people for assistance.

Storage

Should you require storage of your item/s by us, the first month is complimentary. Following this period, a fee of $20 per week, payable in advance, will be applied to your order. Kindly inform us of your timelines, as we may be able to allocate your order to later deliveries to avoid storage fees. Please note that if your intention to store items upfront is not specified and the order is dispatched, no changes can be accommodated, and you will be required to accept the delivery.

USA & Canada Shipping Options

Any in-stock products will be shipped out within 5-7 business days via FedEx/UPS from our California warehouse.

Pre-ordered products will display their estimated delivery timeframe on the Cart and Checkout page. As the estimated delivery date approaches, our team will send you an update to confirm. Once pre-order goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be shipped out immediately. You will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

At this stage, we don't offer international delivery however please feel free to email us at hello@fleurstudios.com.au to let us know if you’re interested in something.
