Shipping & Delivery
As a small brand, our designs are handcrafted in limited quantities. This means they often sell out before they arrive to us so we recommend you consider placing your order as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
Below is a guideline on shipping options and timelines.
Shipping Information
Shipping timeframes vary depending on several factors, a timeframe specific to your postcode and the product in your cart is shown to you at checkout before your order is placed.
Please note that any delivery dates or timeframes provided by couriers are only estimates. While we will aim to meet these projected dates, actual delivery may occur within a reasonable timeframe surrounding the estimated date.
For designs that are In Stock: Orders containing only In Stock products will leave our Sydney warehouse within 1-5 business days after being placed.
If your order has designs that are In Stock & on Pre Order: We will hold your order until all pieces are available to be sent. If you require In Stock items to be shipped first, you will need to place separate orders for the In Stock and Pre Order items.
For designs that are on Pre Order: Products will display their estimated delivery timeframe on the Product and Cart page. As the estimated delivery date approaches, our team will send you an update to confirm. Once pre-order goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be shipped out immediately.
Upon delivery, please temporarily hold onto the product packaging temporarily as items without packaging cannot be returned.
Shipping Service Options
The Fleur Studios shopping cart uses total order weight to determine which service is suitable for the items in your cart, as well as which services are available to your area. One or more of the following services will be displayed at checkout as well as a delivery timeframe specific to your postcode.
Below is a summary of the different delivery services we offer.
Lite Delivery [TNT/Fedex]
This includes an email notification with tracking link, a preferred delivery date cannot be selected. Small items will be delivered to lobby/front door where possible, and large items to the kerbside. In the instance of multiple item orders, the shipment may be split and items may arrive separately. Recommended for smaller items or regional areas.
Standard Delivery [Designer Transport]
This includes an SMS to select a preferred date and an estimated time window will be provided prior to delivery. The order will be delivered to your chosen room, but the service does not include installation, assembly or rubbish removal.
Premium Delivery [Designer Transport]
This includes an SMS to select a preferred date and an estimated time window will be provided prior to delivery. The order will be delivered to a chosen room and includes installation/assembly and rubbish removal. Recommended for larger items like dining tables, coffee tables and consoles where assembly may be required.
This service is ideal for metro areas where disposing of large packaging can be inconvenient and costly. Please note, if the site is under construction, Designer Transport will not be able to provide the Premium Delivery service.

If you miss your delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
Delivery & Access
Prior to placing your order, it is your responsibility to ensure there is sufficient access to deliver the piece to your property. This includes entryways, doorways, lifts, stairwells and any tight turns into your room of choice. If the piece cannot be delivered due to inadequate access, you will be liable to pay for return shipping to the warehouse, along with an applicable restocking fee.
Packaging dimensions and weights are listed on each product page and can be found within the product specification sheet.
You must be present at the agreed delivery time and provide clear access for our delivery partners.
Storage
Should you require storage of your item/s by us, the first month is complimentary. Following this period, a fee of $20 per week, payable in advance, will be applied to your order. Please note that if your intention to store items upfront is not specified and the order is dispatched, no changes can be accommodated, and you will be required to accept the delivery.

Any in-stock products will be shipped out within 3-7 business days via FedEx/UPS from our California warehouse.
Pre-ordered products will display their estimated delivery timeframe on the Cart and Checkout page. As the estimated delivery date approaches, our team will send you an update to confirm. Once pre-order goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be shipped out immediately. You will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
