Can I choose my piece?
We choose every marble slab that we work with to ensure it meets our preferred marble characteristics with a balance of veining and colour. As our pieces are safely boxed up in our warehouse, it’s not possible to choose your individual piece but we have confidence you will be happy with it.

Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Our warehouse in Sydney offers Click and Collect. Click here to find out more.
We don't offer collections from our Gold Coast showroom.
Where can I see your pieces?
Our showroom is located in Mermaid Waters, Gold Coast. If you aren’t local, we would be happy to show you the pieces with a FaceTime call, feel free to call us on 0413 313 094 or email us to schedule a time. Many of our pieces are also featured in stores across Sydney and Melbourne so please reach out if you would like to view them.
How are shipping prices calculated?
To send furniture safely across Australia, it is packaged in either cardboard boxes or timber crates to ensure it is protected. Furniture items are much bigger than standard clothing parcels so the cost to ship is higher due to the size and weight.
Shipping prices are calculated based on the items in cart and the final destination. We offer the most competitive rates for each zone. If you are local to Sydney, we offer Pick Up from our Villawood warehouse, you can read more here.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes, please complete our trade form to open an account.
Do you ship internationally?
We have a warehouse in California and ship across the United States and Canada. You can view our US collection here.
At this stage Australia and the US are the only locations we will ship to.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
My tracking is not updating, what do I do?
If your tracking number is not displaying any information, it may be because no new delivery scans have taken place. We usually recommend waiting 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for delivery information to be recorded by our delivery partners.
If it’s been longer than 24 hours, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team so we can look into it for you.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Someone needs to sign for delivery of all large items. The freight company will call one day prior to delivery to ensure someone is home to receive the item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay and can accept bank transfers.
How do I care for my piece?

Is the marble sealed?
Our marble pieces aren't sealed. If you would like to seal the surface, we recommend using Aqua Mix Sealer’s Choice Gold-Rapid Cure which is a water-based, low VOC sealer that lasts up to 15 years.

How thick is your stainless steel?
The SS DIN03BR and Palermo tables are made with 3.5mm stainless steel. With a nice solid feel, the steel has flat edges that are softened to remove any sharpness.
How do I keep stainless steel clean?
Stainless steel has long been a favoured material for use in homes across the world. To keep it clean, we recommend using a general purpose Stainless Steel cleaner and microfibre cloth to easily remove any fingerprints or smudge marks.
Can your furniture be used in commercial applications?
Yes, it can be used in commercial applications. Please contact us for more information and specifications.
Do you make custom furniture?
We do not typically take custom orders but we are always keen to hear more about the project to see if we can help in anyway.
