We are currently hiring for an eCommerce & Digital Experience Coordinator and Client Services Representative.
eCommerce & Digital Experience Coordinator
We’re looking for an eCommerce & Digital Experience Coordinator to help run and refine the Fleur Studios online experience - someone who enjoys the details, thinks commercially, and takes pride in creating a seamless, intuitive online experience. This role is primarily eCommerce-focused, with the ability to support Customer Experience when needed to ensure every client interaction feels thoughtful, warm and premium.
This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on the applicant. Sitting at the centre of the business, this role is hands-on and varied. You’ll be responsible for product builds, merchandising and site updates, working closely with the wider team to continually improve how customers discover, navigate and shop our collections across global markets.
Fleur Studios is a design-led brand, and quality and care extend beyond our products into how we work together. You’ll be joining a small, thoughtful team where ideas are welcomed, attention to detail is valued, and you’ll have genuine ownership over how our online experience looks, feels and performs.
What you’ll be doing
- Run the day-to-day website experience, including homepage updates, product launches, promotions and on-site merchandising.
- Build and maintain collections, product pages and landing pages to ensure the site is intuitive and easy to shop.
- Manage product builds end-to-end - including product data, imagery, variants, metafields, descriptions and specifications.
- Ensure on-site messaging, pricing, promotions and availability are accurate and aligned to the trading calendar.
- Merchandise collections and category pages to highlight new arrivals, bestsellers and key stories.
- Regularly review site UX across navigation, search, collections, PDPs, cart and checkout, and flag opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues such as broken links, missing imagery, incorrect variants or stock mismatches.
- Support testing and optimisation of UX improvements, including layouts, content blocks and PDP updates.
- Monitor key eCommerce metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV) and share insights, quick wins and opportunities with the team.
- Build and maintain landing pages for paid campaigns and support photo and content updates as required.
- Work closely with marketing, operations and development partners to ensure the site runs smoothly.
- Assist with managing Klaviyo database and email flows to optimise customer relationships and data accuracy to drive engagement.
- Support global markets (AU, US, ROW), including pricing checks, market-specific content and product availability.
- Support the team with customer enquiries across email, live chat and phone when required, ensuring a warm, brand-aligned tone.
- Assist with order updates, shipping questions, returns/exchanges and general customer follow-up with efficiency and care.
- Notice patterns in enquiries (product questions, site friction, recurring issues) and feed insights back to the team to improve site UX, product information and communication.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in an eCommerce role (furniture, fashion or lifestyle experience highly regarded).
- Confident running a Shopify site day-to-day, including products, collections, theme updates and market-specific setups.
- Comfortable working with third-party apps that support conversion and merchandising (e.g. Klaviyo, Google Analytics, reviews, recommendations, bundles).
- Exceptionally detail-focused - you’re the person who spots pricing errors, stock inconsistencies or broken site elements before they become issues.
- Able to interpret performance data and dashboards to understand what’s working and where improvements can be made. Experience in Google Analytics and Klaviyo is highly regarded.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a growing, fast-moving business.
- A clear communicator who enjoys working closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Exposure to UX improvements, testing or optimisation is a strong plus.
Client Services Representative
This is a role where you will empower our clients and embody the brand persona to create memorable, five-star experiences for our fast-growing furniture brand.
This role will combine all areas of customer service from order updates, trade client relationship management to upselling and style suggestions, providing white-glove service to ensure our clients experience a seamless shopping experience.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of Fleur Studios vision to bring beautiful design to Australia and the world.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly, insightfully and warmly to customer enquiries online, in the showroom and by phone, embodying the brand persona across all customer touch points for a five-star experience.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback and compliments with tact, poise and empathy turning feedback into actionable insights.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and precision.
- Build and nurture client relationships in a way that’s practical, insightful and refreshingly human to drive repeat purchases and grow referrals.
- Notice trends and opportunities and report back to help shape marketing, product collections and the brands next steps.
Things we value:
- 2+ years of customer service experience with a premium brand (interiors or fashion) is preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate and build rapport confidently, clearly and effectively with community and customers.
- Experience with Shopify and Gorgias is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a positive can-do attitude.
- An eye for interiors and design with a high attention to detail.
This is a 3-day part-time role (Thursday to Saturday) based in Mermaid, Gold Coast.
