Creative Content Coordinator
We’re seeking a highly creative, organised and resourceful Creative Content Coordinator to join our fast-growing furniture e-commerce brand. This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary role that blends content creation, visual storytelling and social media support to bring our brand vision to life across digital platforms.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Directors and marketing team to produce compelling, on-brand content to help engage, entertain and foster meaningful relationships with our community. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a sharp aesthetic sensibility, a strong grasp of digital culture, and a passion for design and storytelling.
A strong eye for aesthetics is essential. We’re looking for someone with considered taste and the ability to create brand and founder-led content that feels elevated, cohesive and unmistakably aligned with our brand. Experience in fashion, beauty, interiors or lifestyle is highly regarded.
Starting as a part-time position, this role offers long-term growth potential, with opportunities to evolve into content strategy and campaign leadership as the brand scales.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Content Creation
- Capture and curate behind-the-scenes iPhone and digital camera content during weekly showroom days, photoshoots and brand events.
- Assist with capturing and editing founder-led content, helping translate ideas, insights and day-to-day moments into engaging, social-first content.
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks) and support visual storytelling to grow and retain our audience.
- Support on-set production for shoots and showroom activations, with occasional assistance in planning.
- Organise and archive creative assets (photo, video, press, UGC) across shared drives.
- Contribute ideas for brand storytelling, campaigns, and community engagement.
Social Media & Community
- Plan, produce, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and paid ads, in collaboration with the Content & Social Media Manager.
- Assist in writing captions and paid ad copy aligned with brand tone of voice and visual identity.
- Assist in managing Instagram and TikTok DMs to engage with customers, influencers and KOLs, fostering brand community.
- Stay ahead of design and social media trends (trending audio, transitions and formats) to keep content relevant and on brand.
- Monitor engagement, feedback, and relevant cultural trends to drive follower growth, engagement, reach, and deeper community connection.
- Ensure social content across all channels feels cohesive and on-brand, maintaining consistency across messaging, visuals, tone of voice, and asset usage across every customer touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, interiors, lifestyle or a visually led brand is preferred.
- A strong aesthetic eye and natural understanding of what feels elevated, considered and brand aligned.
- Comfortable working closely with brand founders and creative leads, with the ability to interpret direction, capture ideas in real time and translate them into engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, with a clear sense of what makes content engaging, shareable and visually compelling.
- An eye for lighting, composition, colour palettes, styling principles, and storytelling.
- Strong proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Suite) and native platform tools (Instagram/TikTok).
- Proficiency with iPhone content creation workflows; experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and lighting equipment is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and basic project management tools (Notion, Asana).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to brand voice.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced studio environment.
- A genuine passion for interiors, design, social media and creating content that feels culturally relevant while remaining true to the brand.

Product Designer
We’re looking for a Product Designer to support the design and development of Fleur Studios furniture and homewares collections.
Working closely with our Founder and Creative Director, this role helps translate ideas into technically sound, production-ready designs. You’ll be involved in the process from conceptualisation through to final product, working with materials, drawings and prototypes to bring ideas to life.
Fleur Studios is a design-led brand creating timeless, sculptural furniture and objects for modern spaces. We care deeply about materiality, craftsmanship and considered design - and we value people who take pride in getting the details right.
This is a hands-on role with real involvement in the design process, working closely with the founder and seeing your work move from concept through to finished product.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the design and development of new furniture and object concepts from initial idea through to production.
- Work closely with our Director to refine design and construction details with a strong focus on materiality and craft.
- Develop clear technical drawings and documentation suitable for prototyping and manufacturing.
- Review construction methods and recommend materials, joinery or methods where needed to improve performance, manufacturability or cost.
- Create and manage CAD files including 3D models, assemblies, detailed drawings and specifications for suppliers.
- Apply a strong working knowledge of materials including marble, stone, wood, metals such as stainless steel and brass.
- Conssider structural integrity, tolerances, finishes and production constraints throughout the design process.
- Liaise with suppliers, fabricators and manufacturers to clarify details and resolve technical challenges.
- Support prototyping, sampling and revisions through to final production sign-off.
- Maintain organised design files, drawings and version control across projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong aesthetic judgement with a deep appreciation for proportion, geometry and materiality.
- 3-5 years experience in furniture, object or industrial design, ideally working on material-led products with a strong technical focus.
- Proven ability to translate concepts into detailed, production-ready designs.
- Solid understanding of materials such as stone, marble, timber and metal.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Rhino, SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar).
- Comfortable producing detailed technical drawings, dimensions and specifications.
- Highly detail-oriented with a practical, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with designers, suppliers and manufacturers.
- Experience working with prototypes, samples and production workflows.
- Ability to balance aesthetic intent with engineering constraints and cost targets.
- Organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities as projects evolve.
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical or Furniture Engineering (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
This role is flexible — part-time or full-time, on-site or remote, and open to interstate applicants. Please submit your resume along with a cover letter and portfolio or examples of your work by emailing careers@fleurstudios.com.au.
