Every Fleur Studios piece is made to order. There is a 4-5 week lead time on each piece, though we will make our best efforts to get your piece to you as soon as possible.
If you require your new purchase by a specific date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to help you.
We will update you via email on the status of your order and the expected time of arrival.
We offer flat-rate shipping for orders Australia-wide. The cost of shipping changes depending on your selected items.
All items are sent with a courier service which is much easier sent to your place of work or business address and takes 2-5 days to arrive after dispatch. Whilst we are ok sending to residential addresses, it can often cause delays with missed/re-deliveries etc.
We often ship to New Zealand so please email us for a custom quote. If you are located outside of Australia, please contact email@example.com for a custom quote.

All of our products are hand-made-to-order so please understand that returns are very hard for us. In saying that, we understand that sometimes we change our mind or something just doesn’t work. This is why we provide a 7-day money back guarantee if you change your mind on a particular product.
For any change of minds, the company will entitle you to a refund provided that, we are informed within 7 days of delivery. Please note, all return and delivery costs will be at the buyers' expense. Therefore, the refund will be less the total delivery and return delivery costs.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we will then inspect and, if everything is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Damaged Goods - Refund Policy
It is important to inspect the goods and notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage. Faulty or refund claims after 7 days of delivery will be treated as a warranty claim and, the customer will bear the delivery costs incurred in the claim process.
We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
Upon arrival of your boxes, please note any damage to the boxes as well as any damage to the items themselves. If you feel that the damage to an item or a box is too severe, please refuse the package(s). There is no need to refuse all packages if others are in good condition.
