For made to order pieces, there is a 4-5 week lead time, though we will make our best efforts to get your piece to you as soon as possible.
If you require your new purchase by a specific date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to help you.
We will update you via email on the status of your order and the expected time of arrival.
To ensure your piece arrives to you in time for Christmas, below are the key dates to place an order by. We can't guarantee delivery by Christmas if your order is placed after these dates.
Made To Order: Wednesday 17th November
In Stock Pieces: Friday 3rd December
If you live locally and purchase an In Stock piece, you are welcome to pick up from us by Friday 17th December.
All Shipping is calculated at checkout, we have negotiated several competitive rates with all domestic services taking 3-7 Days to arrive after dispatch/production.
For smaller items such as the Cube and Cookie, there is a Courier service to Front Door/Lobby.
For larger items such as Bench Seats, Coffee Tables and Consoles, a two man delivery service is provided where the piece/s will be delivered to your front door at an agreed time, the courier will call you usually the day before delivery to arrange this time. Rubbish removal is not included.
All rates are calculated by weight and therefore discounted at checkout when combined.
We ship Internationally so if you are located outside of Australia, please contact email@example.com for a custom quote.
All of our products are hand-made-to-order so please understand that returns are very hard for us. In saying that, we understand that sometimes we change our mind or something just doesn’t work. This is why we provide a 7-day money back guarantee if you change your mind on a particular product.
For any change of minds, we will entitle you to a refund provided that, we are informed within 7 days of delivery. Please note, all return and delivery costs will be at the buyers' expense. Therefore, the refund will be less the total delivery and return delivery costs.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we will then inspect and, if everything is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Damaged Goods - Refund Policy
It is important to inspect the goods and notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage. Faulty or refund claims after 7 days of delivery will be treated as a warranty claim and, the customer will bear the delivery costs incurred in the claim process.
We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
Upon arrival of your boxes, please note any damage to the boxes as well as any damage to the items themselves. If you feel that the damage to an item or a box is too severe, please refuse the package(s). There is no need to refuse all packages if others are in good condition.
