THE HABITA HOUSE

A bold vision of luxury and wellbeing set amongst the exclusivity of Tally Springs Estate.

A home rich in texture, dimension and mixed materiality, Habita House is a beautiful expression of contrast. Set within the lush green surrounds of Gold Coast’s Tally Springs Estate, the residence brings together stone, timber, concrete, stainless steel and natural light in a way that feels both layered and deeply cohesive.

Designed around wellness and the way a day is lived, the home reflects much of what we love most: considered materials, timeless silhouettes and the subtle interplay that happens when contrasting finishes are placed in conversation with one another.

Throughout the home, Fleur Studios pieces are woven into the interior with intention, adding warmth, sculptural form and moments of material contrast across spaces of rest, retreat and gathering.

The home feels open and unhurried. Tall ceilings and generous skylights invite natural light throughout the day, while burnished concrete underfoot is softened by warmer travertine, marble and timber. Each finish plays against the next, creating a palette that feels calm, tactile and considered.

A dedicated wellness wing sits at the heart of the home, with a sauna, steam room and cold plunge alongside a yoga deck oriented to catch the morning sun. It is a quiet expression of ritual, where rest and restoration are embedded into the everyday.

In the sunken living room, our Maya Walnut Burl Coffee Table anchors the space with its richly grained burl and sculptural presence. Against the surrounding velvet upholstered seating, stone and concrete, the timber brings warmth, movement and natural variation, creating a beautiful contrast within the home’s pared-back palette.

In another living space, our newest Paradiso Coffee Table introduces a different kind of presence. Defined by its organic marble form and polished stainless steel legs, Paradiso brings together two contrasting materials in a way that feels distinctly Fleur Studios. The coolness of the stone and stainless steel sits beautifully within the home’s layered palette, adding a refined focal point while continuing the conversation between natural texture and modern form.

In the walk-in wardrobe, our SS-DIN03BR 100 takes on a different role. Its stainless steel form introduces a cooler, more architectural finish, catching the daylight from the skylight above and bringing a refined edge to the softness of the surrounding space.

The master suite carries the same sense of retreat. A private sundeck, separate sitting area, dressing room and ensuite flow into one another, giving the space a world of its own. Our Palermo Side Tables sit quietly beside the bed, adding a distinctly Fleur Studios sense of material balance.

From Maya to Palermo, SS-DIN03BR and our newest Paradiso Coffee Table, Habita House shows how considered pieces can move through a home with ease. Each design brings its own material language, yet together they speak to the same philosophy: timeless forms, tactile finishes and unexpected pairings that bring beauty to the everyday.
