Product Availability
This is not a twice-a-year, or even once-a-year event. It’s the first time we have ever done this.
Expect an incredible mix of one-off samples, new and archived designs, plus seconds, across every category from decor to dining tables.
Quantities will vary by design, with some pieces restocked throughout the day. No matter what time you arrive, there will be plenty to discover and every chance you’ll find something you love.
The sale will only be available in-person and not online.
The Offer
For one day only, shop up to 60% off. Discounts will vary by piece, with all sale pricing clearly marked on the day.
Parking
Limited parking will be available at the warehouse, with additional street parking nearby.
Payment
Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card and Fleur Studios Gift Vouchers will all be accepted.
Pick Up & Delivery
Bring along your friends and partners along with a large car, trailer or ute so you can take items at time of purchase.
Metro Sydney delivery is only available for select (boxed) items through Designer Transport for an additional fee. Simply visit their on-site desk to organise. Any seconds stock or unboxed goods need to be collected on the day.
Returns & Exchanges
All Warehouse Sale purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. Please inspect your chosen piece carefully before purchasing. Full terms apply - see our T&Cs.
Phone & Online Orders
Warehouse Sale pieces will be available exclusively in person and on a first-come, first-served basis. We’re unable to facilitate phone or online orders, or hold pieces ahead of the sale.
Full-Priced Collections
Our team will be focused exclusively on the Warehouse Sale, so we won’t be able to
facilitate product inspections on the day.
Product Reservations
Warehouse Sale pieces cannot be reserved or held without completing your purchase.
If you find something you love, we recommend securing it with our team straight away.
Our full collection will remain available to shop online as usual.
Children & Pets
For safety reasons, children and animals are not permitted inside the warehouse. We
appreciate your understanding.
